Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara (born in Romania) is the Romanian actor and TV host. Her most well-known work is the main character in Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control and Rush. The actress was the sole child of Romanian film actor Valentin Platareanu. At the age of 16 and a leading part in a variety of TV dramas. Her critically acclaimed role in the television film Der Tunnel paved way for other notable roles including the role of Adolf Hitler's secretary Traudl Junge in the critically and commercially profitable Oscar nominated historical war drama film Downfall. The Reader and Der Baader Meinhof Komplex are the other Oscar nominated films that feature models. Alexandra worked on several significant international and national productions over the years. These include British biographical films Control Greek drama film The Dust of Time as well as the French historical miniseries Napoleon as well as other miniseries. She was also an official juror for the Transylvania International Film Festival as and the Cannes Film Festival.
